I recommend that this navigation button should be a drop down menu from the top navigation bar, then you can add form pages, as needed.

Recommended we start with:

ONLINE DOCUMENTS > main navigation bar with drop down items for:

• PreSchool Registration
• Family Nursery
• Conference signups.

Maybe even add the Usher forms here, as well.
