Becoming a member of a local church is an important part of following Jesus. Church membership is a covenant relationship that bonds us to the people of God locally and nationally. Join us in the Multipurpose Room on March 24, 31 and April 7 at 11:30am and learn about what it means to be Presbyterian, and, if you desire, become a member here at John Knox. Classes are hosted by JK Connect team and are taught by Pastor Shari, Pastor Jon, and several members of Session. Lunch and childcare are provided. SPRING INTERGENERATIONAL WORSHIP CHOIR
CELEBRATING PALM SUNDAY THROUGH PENTECOST
Calling ALL singers first grade through adults: you are invited to join singers of all generations to lead JKPC in worship on four different Sundays beginning on Palm Sunday (April 14) and ending on Pentecost Sunday (June 9). Whether you have sung in choirs your whole life or this is your very first time – you are welcome! No audition required. Rehearsals begin Thursday, March 28th,  so sign-up today! DATE NIGHT WITH A PURPOSE
FRIDAY, MARCH 29 – ENJOY SOME TIME TOGETHER!
Marriage is tough. Having kids and being married is even more of a challenge. Let us help you make space for time together. Bring your kids, ages 1 year and walking up to 12 years old, to Date Night with a Purpose. After dropping the kids off, parents are invited meet for a brief conversation about a relevant marriage topic. Your kids will stay with John Knox students and adults and we will provide dinner, games, crafts, fun and a movie. Drop off is at 6:00pm and our program has 2 ending times depending on the needs of your family: 8:00pm for the Lite version and 9:45pm for the Late version. CELEBRATING CHRIST’S PASSION, DEATH, BURIAL, & RESURRECTION
At JKPC we celebrate the Triduum – or “The Three Days” – beginning Maundy Thursday and ending on Easter Sunday. These three days recall the passion, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We hope that you will join us in worship for these special services.

  • Maundy Thursday | April 18 | Dinner at 6:00pm, Service at 7:00pm
  • Good Friday | April 19 | Bilingual service
    with Iglesia Misión Hispana at 7:00pm
  • Easter Sunday | April 21 | 8:00am, 9:30am, & 11:00 am and 2:00pm Spanish Service (Iglesia Misión Hispana)

TO SUPPORT THE BELIZE MISSION TRIP!
This summer, JKPC will be sending 25 High School students and 7 adults to work with our Christian brothers and sisters in Orange Walk, Belize. Donations from members of John Knox Presbyterian Church have supported our High Schoolers learning from and working alongside our friends in Belize for over a decade now. Please put the following dates on your calendar and come and support our youth!

  • Belize Youth Auction Dinner – Sunday, May 19, 5:30pm
